I-BAG fashion brand presented ETNOIR collection at the biggest sales exhibition of fashion design of the South and South-East Europe
What’s the identity of South-Eastern fashion design and designers, constituting it? Is it the
geographical notion of the South-East Europe, the changing cultural, social and economical categories,
the stereotypes, the moving borders? Is it the nostalgic view of the Eastern Bloc, transitory
postcommunism bricollage or the reflection of modern Eastern Europe? It is all this and more.
Exhibition, examining the identity of South-East modern design and its constitutive designers, present
the recognizable contemporary, avant-garde, conceptualizing and trend-setting fashion designers
from Croatia, Poland, Latvia, Bulgaria, Hungary, Serbia, Czech Republic, Bosnia and Herzegovina,
Romania, Ukraine and Slovenia. “Direction South – South-East” is therefore the first exhibition not only
inside Slovenian scale, but also in Europe, where the best of fashion designers and brands of this field
are going to presents themselves.
