Kosovel’s integrals on the flaps of the i-bag

• Project ∞kn@  is inspired by the legacy of poet Srečko Kosovel and artist August Černigoj. They both followed the principles of constructivism, which advocates a universal, useful and practical art, which also has a social and cultural function.

• Project ∞kn@  follows the fundamental principles of constructivism as the primary exhibition objects is bag, which is the industrial, utility product. Digital illustrations of Kosovels poems inspired by Cernigoj’s constructivist art were exhibited on the removable and interchangeable flaps* of the i-bag

•  The project is entitled "okna" (∞kn@) which slovenian language means window. The window is a symbol of communication between the inside and the outside, between content and representation, a symbol of dialogue between the artist andthe viewer.

• ∞kn@  project represents the opportunity to present visual art outside of the framework of the institutions. Bags have been exhibited in mobile showcases - "windows", at various points in Sežana town, which meets the demands of constructivists for art without galleries, museums or the church.
